I want you to love your Smithco Leather item — and I stand by the quality of my work. If something’s not right, I’ll do my best to make it right.
Returns
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you're welcome to return it within 7 days of receiving it, as long as:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- It’s not a custom or personalised order
To start a return, just send me a message and we’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
Custom & Personalised Items
Custom, made-to-order, or personalised items (such as engraved or branded goods) cannot be returned, unless there’s a defect in the product.
If you're unsure about something before placing a custom order, feel free to contact us — we're happy to talk through options to make sure it’s exactly what you want.
Repairs & Warranty
Every Smithco product comes with a lifetime warranty on workmanship. That means if a strap comes loose or a seam unravels due to how it was made, we’ll fix it — no fuss.
This warranty doesn’t cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or neglect
That said, if something happens to your bag down the line, we're happy to take a look — we offer repairs where possible to keep your item in use for years to come.
